Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits
    3-inches melted shortening (in large saucepan)
Preparation
    Cut center out of biscuits.
    Fry doughnuts and doughnut holes in hot grease, first on one side and then on the other, until the doughnuts are golden brown.
    (Turn over only one time.)
    Takes approximately 45 to 60 seconds.
    Drain until cool on cooling rack. Cover with desired glaze.
