Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. oats, rolled (raw)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
fruit (optional)
vanilla yogurt (optional)
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a small bowl, stir together eggs, milk, margarine (or butter) and brown sugar.
Add flour mixture and stir until blended.
Pour batter into grids of preheated, lightly greased waffle baker.
Close lid quickly; do not open during baking.
Use fork to remove baked waffle.
Top with fruit and yogurt.
