Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and cored tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. seeded green peppers
    1 c. seeded, chopped jalapeno peppers (use gloves)
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and cook until it boils.
    Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 pints.
