Pineapple Cream Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lemons
    11 qt. water
    1 small can grated pineapple
    1 pt. sweetened cream
    sugar
Preparation
    Make a very sweet lemonade, then add a small can of grated pineapple.
    Put this in a freezer, the same as for ice cream, and turn. When the lemonade begins to thicken, add a pint of sweetened cream and freeze as hard as you wish it.
    This makes 3 quarts.
