Pork Chops With Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (thick)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown mushrooms in butter; remove.
    Brown chops on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Remove chops and keep warm.
    Mix flour and remaining water and stir into liquid in skillet.
    Cook until thick.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and pour over chops.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
