Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 plain yellow cake mix
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine and mix until creamy the Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture over batter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Cool completely and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Refrigerate.
    Serves 9 to 12.
