Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Mix together egg, vinegar and water.
    Add 8 tablespoons of liquid to dry ingredients, mixing lightly with fork.
    Roll crust between two pieces of wax paper or plastic wrap. Makes 2 crusts.
    Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer.
