Snow Peaked Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
4 c. mashed potatoes
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt. Shape firmly into loaf (8 x 4-inch). Place on shallow baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Frost with potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes more. Blend remaining soup, water and 2 tablespoons drippings. Heat; stir occasionally. Serve with loaf. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
