Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 sliced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown chops on both sides in skillet.
    Arrange potatoes in 2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Place brown chops on top of potatoes in casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
