El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can chopped olives
    1 brown onion
    28 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. bag tortilla chips
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can diced Ortega peppers
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat; drain.
    Add olives, onion and tomato sauce.
    Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and Ortegas.
    In a 14 x 9-inch baking dish, crumble 1/2 the tortilla chips, lining the bottom of the pan.
    Next, spread 1/2 the meat mixture over chips, then 1/2 the sour cream mixture over top.
    Layer again, starting with chips, then meat, then sour cream mixture.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serves 5.
