Marinated Poppy Seed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli cut into rosettes
    1 head cauliflower chopped
    1 c sweet pickle relish
    1 c green pepper chopped
    1 c onion chopped
    3/4 c sugar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp onion chopped
    1 cup salad oil
    1 Tbsp poppy seeds
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over vegetables, cover, and put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. 48 hours is recommended.
    You can add pimento or chopped red pepper for color when serving if you like.
    (If you add to mixture before day of serving it will make the sauce pink.)
