Corn & Sausage Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion
2 c. water
3 large potatoes
1 can creamed corn
2 tsp. salt
1 can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. basil
1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk
Preparation

In Dutch oven, brown sausage and drain. In 2 tbsp. drippings saute onion & sausage. Add next 5 ingredients. Cover and cook until potatoes are done. Stir in corn & milk and heat to almost boiling. Serves 6 - 8.
