Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
Preparation

Mix together in a pan sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine.
Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Cool for 1 minute, then add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal, stirring well.
Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
