Pineapple Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. soft cream cheese
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with wooden spoon until soft. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar, salt, pineapple and mini marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in vanilla wafers. Chill.
    Makes approximately 3 dozen.
