Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 large onions, sliced
1 lb. bacon
6 eggs
3 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
nutmeg and cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. grated natural Swiss
1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare Potato Cream Cheese Filling first.
(Note: Filling can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated overnight in a covered container.)
