Succulent Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ketchup
    4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    few dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 celery stalks, finely chopped
    1 green pepper (medium size), finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate (optional)
Preparation
    Steam onions, celery and green pepper until tender or microwave on High for 3 minutes or until tender.
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over chicken, ribs, pork chops, smoked sausage, etc.
