Hazel Fryback'S Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, separated
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add egg yolks, flour, lemon juice and milk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
    Test by inserting knife blade into center.
    It should come out clean.
