Homemade Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef meat
1 chopped onion
1 celery rib, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. Mexene chili powder seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans water (use your judgement)
2 cans kidney beans, drained
Preparation

Season ground meat. Brown together ground meat, onion, celery and garlic. Drain excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Add tomato sauce and water. Stir.
Add the kidney beans. Mix well. Rinse cans with a little water.
Pour in pot.
Simmer about 30 minutes or more.
