Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 mango
1 can pimento
1 onion
1/2 stalk celery
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut and cut other ingredients fine.
Combine ingredients in bowl and pour the mixture of vinegar, sugar and oil over.
Stir well.
Let stand in refrigerator a few hours.
