Cheese Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted boiling water until almost tender. Drain.
    Simmer onion in margarine; add flour, salt and mustard. Add milk and cook until smooth.
    Add pepper and celery salt.
