Never Fail Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 unbeaten eggs
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Let water reach boiling in bottom of double boiler.
Combine sugar, salt, cream of tartar, eggs, and water in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water.
Use high speed on mixer and beat until frosting is fluffy and holds its shape (about 7-8 minutes).
Add vanilla and spread on cake.
