Creole Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. granules
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. sliced onions, separated into rings
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place carrots and salt in saucepan containing about 1 inch boiling water.
Simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain, reserving liquid.
Add hot water to liquid to make 1 cup. Dissolve bouillon in carrot liquid and set aside.
