Bing Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. black cherry jello
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1 large can Bing cherries
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, drained and rinsed
    3/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/3 c. minced red onion
    1/3 c. fresh mint leaves, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl, tossing to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Makes 8 servings.
