Fancy Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can pimentos, chopped
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
2 cans small green peas, drained
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in melted margarine until tender. Add mushroom soup, chopped pimento and water chestnuts.
Pour this mixture over peas (drained).
Bake in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
