Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. frozen corn (may also use canned corn)
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook corn and drain.
    Layer in casserole dish:
    1/2 corn, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 milk, dash of salt and pepper, sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine; then repeat layers.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cracker crumbs are browned.
