14 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. grated carrot
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix sugar, eggs, oil, pineapple, nuts and carrots in a medium bowl.
Combine in large bowl with sifted ingredients and stir until blended. Bake in 3 layers or sheet pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool cake completely and frost.
