Skillet Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes (instant is okay)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine all of the ingredients, except the potatoes. Mix well and cook over high heat about 5 to 6 minutes until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and dollop with potatoes. Serve immediately.
