Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    6 or 7 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/16-inch thick
    1 small onion, diced fine
    1/4 c. red or green sweet pepper, diced
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread sliced potatoes in bottom of an 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Add onion, pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour cheddar cheese soup, diluted with milk, over the top of potatoes. Bake for 1 hour or until done in a slow oven.
