Dixie Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 c. celery
    3/4 c. onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin
    on.
    When cool, skin and dice. Dice eggs, celery and
    onion.
    Mix
    sour
    cream and mayonnaise together, then add remaining ingredients and chill.
