Peach Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peaches
    sugar
    1 orange, juice and chopped rind
Preparation
    Peel the peaches; remove seed.
    Mash to a pulp.
    Squeeze juice from orange; add to peach pulp.
    Put orange rind through food chopper.
    Add to peach pulp.
    Measure this pulp and add an equal amount of sugar.
    Cook slowly until the desired thickness is reached.
    Be sure to stir often to prevent scorching.
