Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (yellow)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender.
    Drain well.
    Add cracker crumbs, margarine and 1 cup of cheese.
    Beat egg with milk; add to mixture.
    Pour into buttered casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
