Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, chopped
1 bag angel hair cabbage
1 bunch green onions
2 pkg. ramen chicken flavored noodles
8 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
3 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine chopped chicken, cabbage and green onion tops in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside. Reserve the seasoning packet and place noodles in a bowl and coarsely crush. Stir in seeds and almonds. Melt butter in skillet. Add the mixture of noodles and stir until toasted. In another bowl, combine reserved seasoning packets with sugar, oil, Accent, salt, pepper and vinegar. Toss all three mixtures together.
