Coconut Cream Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. milk
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (add to taste)
1 pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine sugar and butter in bowl.
Add egg white, milk, and vanilla to mixture.
Mix.
Add coconut and mix until mixture can be formed.
Take a small amount of mixture and form into eggs. Put the chocolate chips in a double boiler and melt until smooth. Roll eggs in chocolate until they are evenly coated.
