Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation
