Spanish Garlic Soup(Sopa De Ajo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices firm white bread
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
    2 cans (14 oz. each) regular strength chicken broth
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    finely chopped parsley or coarsely chopped fresh coriander
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread; cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a large frying pan, melt butter; add garlic and bread cubes and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until bread is lightly browned. Remove from pan; reserve.
