Onion Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 large onions, sliced
milk
butter
1 egg yolk, beaten
Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Mash with milk and butter.
Cook onions.
Brown onions in butter or oil.
Mix into potatoes very well.
Cook in casserole dish, uncovered.
Brush top with egg yolk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until top is brown.
