Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil (Wesson)
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    4 mashed bananas (added last)
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat.
    Sift flour with soda in it.
    Add this and sour cream to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla and mashed bananas last.
    Cook this in 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
