Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can broccoli soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in vegetable oil in large saucepan until tender.
