Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    salt, pepper and onion to taste
    Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole.
    If desired, add Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
