Egg White Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed and chopped
    2 sprigs fresh oregano, leaves removed and chopped
    1 bunch fresh chives, chopped
    nonstick cooking spray
    8 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Use cauliflower, broccoli, onions, peppers, green tomatoes or any firm vegetables.
    Use pre-mix pancake mix.
    Mix according to directions and add seasoning salt.
    Dig veggies in pancake batter; drop into hot oil and cook until brown.
    Enjoy.
