Chilironi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet with the onions and the green pepper.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for a time.
    Add the can of kidney beans and the macaroni which has been cooked and drained.
    Heat throughout.
