Granny Oyzort'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
3 c. diced apples
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream the eggs, sugar and margarine.
Add diced apples and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Bake in an 18 1/2 x 11-inch pan until brown and springy to touch.
