Stovetop Shepherd'S Pie(Preparation Time - 15 Minutes; Cooking Time - 20 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) ground turkey
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed corn soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes (made from instant mix)
    1/2 c. shredded reduced Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    In 10-inch oven safe skillet cook turkey, onion and chili powder over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender, stirring to break up turkey.
    Stir in half the soup, the water and pepper.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine potatoes, Cheddar cheese, green onion and remaining soup in medium size bowl.
    Spoon over meat mixture (using ice cream scoop), making 5 mounds.
    Cover skillet handle with foil to protect from heat.
    Broil 6 inches from heat until potatoes begin to brown, 3 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
