Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar or honey
    1/4 c. crushed ice
    freshly grated nutmeg
    1 oz. whisky, cognac or rum (optional)
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. grated mandarin peel
    1/2 c. mandarin juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake well.
    Serve in cups.
    Sprinkle top with freshly grated nutmeg.
    Serves 2.
