Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar (for sprinkling on top)
Preparation
    Heat oil in deep fryer or large skillet until it is very hot but don't burn it.
    Mix all the ingredients and pour through a funnel held over the hot oil.
    Move the funnel in a circle and then crisscross motion as you pour the batter through the funnel to form the cakes.
    They rise fast and get pretty large, so be careful not to pour too much batter at a time.
