Rhubarb Yum-Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal (quick)
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Combine boiling water, granulated sugar and cornstarch; cook until thick and clear.
    Cool.
    Melt oleo and mix with brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and cinnamon.
    Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Put diced rhubarb over crumbs.
    Pour cornstarch mixture over crumbs and rhubarb.
    Sprinkle remainder of crumbs over and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
