Stir-Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped sirloin
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    water
Preparation
    Brown sirloin in butter.
    Put meat in a large bowl.
    Cut the meat into bite sizes.
    In a skillet, use 2 tablespoons oil; add 2 beef bouillon cubes to the oil.
    After the bouillon cubes have melted, add flour to thicken oil.
    (Use your own judgement on the amount of flour for gravy.)
    Put around 2 cups of water in the flour mixture.
    When the gravy thickens, pour over the moist meat. Serve.
    Best way to serve is with mashed potatoes with the meat.
