Tuna And Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
4 medium shallots, chopped fine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut up
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 c. nonfat milk (evaporated)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white tuna in spring water, cut in chunks
1 Tbsp. chives
1 Tbsp. parsley
pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Heat the oil with garlic and shallots.
Add the mushrooms, sauteing for about 5 minutes or until slightly brown.
Reduce heat, add milk and simmer until it becomes creamy.
Stir in cheese, then fold in tuna and spices.
Simmer at low heat, season and pour over pasta.
