Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Toast bread lightly and fit into a greased pan, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch.
    Brown sausage, drain off fat.
    Stir in mustard.
    Spoon sausage evenly over bread and sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine egg, milk, Worcestershire, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper and nutmeg.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
