Gracie'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat (sirloin is good!), chunked
    3 to 4 red or white potatoes (with skin), quartered
    3 to 4 carrots, chunked
    2 medium onions, quartered
    2 cans cream of celery and cream of mushroom (1 of each or 2 of 1)
    6 oz. beer or ginger ale
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    In casserole dish, place meat on bottom.
    Cover with vegetables and potatoes.
    Mix all soups together.
    Pour soups over meat and vegetables. Place casserole in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    No peeking!
